Please check your spam and trash email folders if you have not received a link to download your pattern(s) within a few minutes as it was most likely misdirected. Be CAREFUL when typing in your email address to avoid any typos!
If you checked all of the above and still did not receive your order, please contact me ASAP!

Additional Policies and FAQs
I have put countless hours into each of my designs. I believe that inidividuality is what makes us happy and successful as artists.
Images from my website and in my patterns are the property of SnazzieDrawers. They are not to be used to promote your products even if you use my patterns. Please DO sell items you make using my patterns and please DO provide your own photography.
Thank you for respecting my hard work and the work of my professional photographers.
Due to the volume of emails I receive on a daily basis, it is very difficult to answer them all and do so in a timely manner. If you have a question, please consult the FAQ below. If you don't find an answer, please do feel free to contact me using the Contact link over on the left hand column under Pages.
Q. I love your creations, but I do not sew. Do you sell any of the actual finished products?
A. At the moment I do not currently sell all of my finished products. See my Handmade Goods category for items I am selling. If I do decide to begin selling them, I will announce it on Facebook. Fan me on Facebook to be among the first to find out if I do decide to begin selling them by clicking on the Facebook icon over in the lefthand column! You may contact me if you have a special request, but I can't make any guarantees!
Q. Oh no!!! I didn't get a link to download my pattern(s) or my download links have expired! What now?
A. Please see "Shipping" section above. If your download links expire, please contact us.
Q. Oh no!!! I have downloaded my pattern(s), but when I try to view them, the characters/text or images do not show up or are all jumbled up! Can you resend the file(s)?
A. In most cases, this occurs because you must use the latest version of Adobe Reader for best compatibility. You can download it here. If you are trying to view the pattern on an iPad, you will need to make sure you are using the Good Reader app for best compatibility which is downloadable through the App Store or iTunes. If, after the above solutions do not solver your problem, email us for a new file. On the rare occasion, files can be damaged while being downloaded or emailed and you may have a corrupt file.
Q. I am new to sewing. How difficult are your patterns?
A. I do not like to place levels of difficulty on my patterns, because I feel that difficulty is subjective and depends on many factors including the sewer's skill level and equipment. I do make all of my patterns with the beginner in mind and the content is edited for clarity by my husband, who is not in any way a sewer or crafter.
Q. Which of your patterns is the easiest? Most advanced?
A. My easiest patterns are probably the Audrey and the Isabella. The most advanced flower pattern is the Kennedy. The Lucia Bella Pantaloons, Ma Cherie dress, La Rue Royale Apro and Addison Petti Romper patterns aren't necessarily more difficult, but take more time and are more involved due the nature of the product that is created.
Q. Do your patterns require a sewing machine?
A. See my "No Sewing Machine" category for a complete list of all of my patterns that do not require a machine. I also offer all of my "no machine" patterns bundled together at a significant discount if you wish to buy them all.
Q. Do you offer a discount for multiple purchases?
A. Yes, if the patterns are all purchased at the same time. See my Multiple Pattern Packages category for bundled patterns at a discount and don't forget to check out my Discount Codes link!
Q. Where do you get all of the embellishments/rhinestones for the center of your flowers?
A. I get most of my embellishments from a small silk shop in Austin, TX, that unfortunately, does not have a web presence. I also buy from High Fashion Fabrics in Houston, TX. They do have a website, but their in-store inventory is much better than the limited online selection. I also scour vintage, antique, and thrift shops for unique pieces.
Q. Do you list suppliers for supplies required to make your items in the patterns?
A. In most cases, yes. If there is a specific question, feel free to email me!
Q. Can I sell items made from your patterns? If so on what scale?
A. Yes, but not on large commercial scale. I don't consider small home businesses large commercial scale! Large commercial scale involves production of thousands of pieces by someone other than yourself such as in a warehouse or factory of some kind.
You are welcome to use my patterns to create items to sell made by you in your home. The reason I do what I do is to help small businesses like yours! If your business grows beyond a small business, then let's chat.
I do request that you please link my shop in your sales listings giving me credit for the design.
Q. RE Above Question: Won't that hurt my sales?
A. No! Keep in mind that your customer wants to purchase a finished product and is most likely not interested in making something themselves. This helps me be able to keep bringing ideas to my customers. Your customer base is different than mine!
