My inspiration for this dress comes from perhaps the most famous flower show in all of the world held by the RHS in Chelsea, London.

Sizes offered range from 3T up to size 8. Includes a detachable London Tea Rose and crochet lace headband.  The rose can also be pinned to the back of the dress as shown.
