There is nothing more special to a little one than their birthday!  Make it even more special with a personally embroidered tee that they can remember and keep forever!

I made these birthday cake tees for sale a few years ago and sold more than I could make.  The technique for how to make the ruffles on the pants is also included in the pattern. It is the same technique used to make the ruffles on the cake.

It can be a little tricky and takes some practice, but once you get it down, you won't want to stop making these! You could also use pre-ruffled fabric which can be found at just about any big box retailer.  Makes a perfect addition to my Ella Tutu Onesie Embellishment tutorial (sold separately).
